Your software upgrade costed me 150 L.E - Samsung Galaxy s3


2 days ago, I got a notification about a new software update for mu samsung S3. I downloaded, installed and restart which froze at (Samsung Galaxy S3) for several hours. I went to you branch in Mansoura, Dakahlia, Egypt. The made me pay 150 L.E for a problem I did not make. They are very aggressive and have no idea about customer relation management. Thank you.
